Best Practices
Brand Name
While not required, including your company or brand name in messages can help to avoid having your messages marked as spam.
Example
Instead of:
Come join us this Saturday at the park for a charity run benefiting the local hospital!
Send this instead:

Public URL Shorteners
Messages containing public URL shorteners (e.g. bit.ly, tinyurl.com) are not allowed and will be rejected by carriers. If you have access to a brand-specific URL shortener (i.e. a URL used only by your company), you can use that instead. Otherwise, you will need to include the full URL for links in your messages.
Example
Instead of:
Get 10% off your next order with this link: https://tinyurl.com/bde4wd26

Opt-Out Prompt
TextSync will automatically append an opt-out prompt when needed, so you don't need to worry about manually entering one in the messages that you send.
At present, TextSync will append this text to every 5th message sent to a unique phone number: "Reply STOP to quit"
Promotional-Sounding Language
Promotional-sounding language (e.g. content including the words "free", "now", "offer", or "winner") may increase your chances of being blocked by carriers.
