Organization Permissions
Organization Permissions
Organization administrators can customize the permissions granted to members within their organization. Go to your Organization Settings page to set your default permissions and to change permissions for existing organization members.
The permissions that you set as default are automatically granted to newly-added members. If your organization uses a single sign-on service, these default permissions will be granted the first time a new member signs in through your identity provider.
View Organization
Provides read-only access to basic organization info. Available info includes, but is not limited to:
- Scheduled messages

- Responder keywords
This permission does not grant access to view your organization's contact list.
Organization members who lack this permission will see an access denied screen when they sign in to TextSync, and nothing more. This permission must be set in order to set any other permissions.

Manage Contacts
Provides access to rename and delete contacts in the organization.
